This clip in retrofit kit converts most standard 6" recessed IC or non-IC housings to an energy efficient LED light.
The E6 retrofit downlight directly replaces recessed incandescent or compact fluorescent flood or down lights. It installs easily in most standard six inch recessed lighting housings, including IC and non-IC units. The E6 retrofit kit generates white light with built-in LED bulbs that offer natural illumination with high energy savings. Light output is 675 lumens. The unit is dimmable with most standard incandescent dimmers with an estimated life around 35,000 hours. Uses 80-90 percent less energy than incandescent equivalents. They consume only 15 watts of power but produce the equivalent of a 65 watt incandescent or 18 watt compact fluorescent.
