I purchased this item to display on my very long dining room table and I thought the length would be a perfect fit. When I received the product it was quite obvious not the 25-1/2" as advertised, it is only 22-1/2"(see picture). Although I am disappointed in the length the style is very nice and does look good on my table so I am keeping it.

the item is shorter in length than advertised. the one i purchased was 22.5 inches. keep this in mind when ordering. other than that, it is substantial in weight and does look very nice.
