I bought this fan about a year ago, I love it but I hate the remote only set up, is there a way to hard wire it to my existing switches?

Can this fan be mounted with an angled ceiling?
A shopper on Dec 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The ceiling fan can be installed on a sloped/vaulted ceiling. The standard bracket included can adjust up to 15 degrees. If the slope is greater, a slope adapter is needed. The slope adapter will allow it to adjust up to 25 degrees. To order the slope adapter please contact one of our lighting specialists.

Beautiful fan, but . . .
Bought two of these -- wanted a stylish hugger fan for the living room and for the master bedroom. Difficulty in getting the remote transmitter into the space for installation. We even had an experienced electrician try --- very difficult. We did eventually get it in. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the light would only work from the remote (I thought the existing switch would turn it off/on). I don't like that part. The lightbulbs are small "candle flame" types of bulbs, which means low light. I will try the same shaped LED lightbulbs to see if it's brighter. Love the look, but not sure if it's worth the hassles . .

Pros: Quiet, Attractive

Cons: Difficult to Install, Not Bright Enough

Best Uses: Alternative to AC, Air Circulation, Decorative

Excellent fan
Set your own code for remote. Only issue is fan cuts off at random, may be picking up stray inteference or frequency.

Pros: Attractive, Range of Speeds, Remote included, Dimming light fixture, Circulates Air Well, Works in Both Directions, Quiet

Cons: Tight fit for wiring, Difficult to Install

Best Uses: Decorative, Air Circulation

Worth the cost.
Beautiful design. Very quiet. Not too hard for my son and I to put up on our own.

Looks awesome just needs to push a little more air

Beautiful fan, however...
This is my second fan, the fan itself is beautiful, pros... the style is perfect if you are looking for a bold contemporary look and it's quiet. The cons... not enough light and it only take 40w bulbs which are really small. Don't try to use more than 40w bulbs or the glass bowl will overheat. Other than that I love my new fan and get so many compliments.

not very bright and doesn't move as much air as I expected
Its pretty and seemed to be the recommended size fan for this room but does not push as much air as I expected. Not as much as the fan we replaced. The lights are also dull. Maybe that is what you get with these LED fans but I don't like it and they flicker when the fan is running on high. That last part may be a grounding problem though. Not sure yet.
