- 52" blade span. 14-degree blade pitch. 172 x 17 mm motor size. Can be installed on up to an 18 degree slope, 45 degrees with optional adaptor.
- Integrated 18 watt dimmable LED light module, comparable to a 75 watt incandescent bulb. 1,100 lumens. 3,000K color temperature. 80 CRI.
- White finish motor. Five white finish manufactured wood blades. Etched opal glass.
- 3-speed hand-held remote control included. Espace modern ceiling fan by Minka Aire.
- 6" downrod included. 10 1/2" ceiling to blades, 14 1/2" ceiling to bottom of light (with 6"downrod).
