- 52" blade span. 13-degree blade pitch. 125 x 30 mm DC motor size. Canopy is 6" wide. Maximum slope is 30-degrees with included canopy.
- Integrated 20 watt LED module light, comparable to a 100 watt incandescent. 1,600 lumen light output. 3000K color temperature.
- Wet rated. 316 marine-grade stainless steel finish DC motor and five stainless steel finish molded ABS blades for extreme outdoor climates.
- Smart fan design. Can be controlled with free Modern Forms iOS or Android App or with voice-command smart home systems. Also with a 6-speed full function hand-held remote control.
- 4 1/2" downrod included. Fan height is 11" from ceiling to bottom of blades, 14" from ceiling to bottom of light (with 4 1/2" downrod).
This wet location rated fan is also a Smart Home fan design, controllable with an app or through your voice-command smart home system.
