- 58" blade span. 14-degree blade pitch. 188 x 22 mm motor size.
- Integrated 14 watt dimmable LED light module, comparable to a 75 watt incandescent bulb. 1,300 lumens. 3000K color temperature. 80 CRI.
- Brushed nickel finish motor. Three silver finish molded ABS blades. Etched opal glass.
- Full-function wall control with dimming function included. UL listed for wet locations. Minka Aire outdoor finishes are excluded from the terms of their warranty.
- 6" downrod included. Fan height is 12 1/2" ceiling to blades, 15" ceiling to bottom of light (with 6" downrod).

From Minka Aire comes the 58" Concept I ceiling fan in brushed nickel finish with three silver finish molded ABS blades. The wet-rated design is equipped with an energy-efficient LED downlight with white opal glass that allows for ambient lighting.
