This energy efficient fan design is damp location and Energy Star® rated, and features an integrated LED downlight for ambient illumination. It comes with a brushed nickel finish DC motor, eight brushed nickel finish blades, and includes a full function hand held remote control for easy operation. (ON UM)

can this fan be hung on a slanted ceiling with a down rod?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, this fan can be mounted on a sloped ceiling up to 27 degrees.
what are the blades made of? Metal or poly?

BEST ANSWER: The fan is damp located rated and the blades are made of a weather resistant composite blade. The blades are not made of metal.
