not gray but a silvery gray, and very crooked
We purchased 2 of these with floor lamps. We opened them today. The gray fabric is shimmery, which I didn't know would be the case (kind of silver). I thought they were gray, not silver.
But what really sucks is that they are both crooked. The wire circle at the bottom of both is warped, and there is no way to fix it because the fabric is stretched so tight over the wire circles at the top and the bottom. I do not want to rip the fabric trying to straighten the wire circles. So they look like bent-out-of-shape wheels on a bicycle or something sitting atop the lamp sticks.
Not a good look to be honest :(
