Can this be hardwired and turned On and Off with the switch on the fixture not a wall switch? Is it disable?

BEST ANSWER: This does not have an on off switch on the light itself. It will need to be wired to a wall switch we have ours on dimmers they are really cool they are large though so make sure you see the measurements they seem small in the pics.
