This 38" tall ceramic table lamp features a hand-applied blue drip finish on the base.

I know a reviewer said it was not turquoise, but could this lamp blend with a deep teal color? Is there a hint of green in the blue? A few of the customer photos look like there is actually green in the lamp as well. Was that Only a few years ago?

BEST ANSWER: Yes I think you can use with deep teal. It has multiple shades of blues , definitely green in it along with gray. A teal color doesn't jump out at you but because it has multiple shades of blues along with the green I think you could use it with deep teal. While I'm using it with my navy leather sofa and gray walls I have teals in several pieces of art work that hang close by and green in an adjoining room. I have had so many complements on these lamps and I actually bought the lamps first and decorated around them.

Could the color be a little turcoise?

BEST ANSWER: there is a little turquoise in the mix of colors, but the lamp is predominantly in the blue family. I would not call it turquoise at all.

BEST ANSWER: Table lamp height measurements are from the table to the top of the finial. The overall height of this lamp is 38 inches.
Will this take a 3 way Watt bulb?

BEST ANSWER: If a design can use a 3-way bulb, you will see "3-way socket" or "3-way switch" listed in the product description or bullet points. For designs that don't have a 3-way switch, using a 3-way bulb will just make the bulb illuminate at its highest setting. For lamps that don't already have a 3-way socket, we recommend using a table-top dimmer to get similar functionality. Using a dimmer will allow you to easily adjust the bulb brightness as needed. This lamp has an on/off switch at the socket.
Is this 38" with the shade or without the shade?

I love this lamp! It commands attention, throws off great light, but doesn't take up too much space ( the design is "flat" so it runs flush more with the wall rather than being round and huge). It's a great addition to my home attire!

Great lamp!

The picture doesn't do this lamp justice. While I thought it was beautiful once I received it I ordered another one. The shape in your picture doesn't reflect how thin this lamp really is. That thinness along with the color and the tall lamp make it a gorgeous statement piece. I love it!

Lamps are beautiful. Just as I had hoped. Did not rate a 5 because one of the lamp shades has several light gray markings on it as if something had rubbed against it.
