BEST ANSWER: This chandelier uses 25 watt maximum G9 base 120v halogen bulbs. But, you may use LED bulbs with a higher incandescent equivalency if more light is needed.
There are clear glass pieces that screw onto the lightbulb sockets (so the bulbs are not exposed), where can I buy these glass pieces separately?

BEST ANSWER: I guess you can adjust/trim the length of the wire to whatever as long as you have enough room to work . We left about 10" gap from the ceiling and we love the lighting fixture, it's beautiful for both the style and the crystals.
Can it be mounted flush to ceiling so wire doesn’t show?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Laurie - this design uses three hang wires as a hanging system. You can trim them pretty close, but our guess is that you might still be able to see some of the wire, and that getting it mounted flush to the ceiling will be pretty tricky.

BEST ANSWER: If the area is well ventilated with no buildup of steam or condensation, and if it is not installed over tubs or adjacent to showers, it should be fine.

BEST ANSWER: I'm sorry, this particular chandelier is not available with any other shade choices. We do however have a few that have a similar drum with crystal design. The Jolie has a silver drum shade and the others range from white to antique white.

BEST ANSWER: I purchased this chandelier for my master bathroom, as we did not have vanity lights over our mirrors; our bathroom was really dark. This chandelier is very bright- it has 12 lights, with a mirror above the lights inside the drum; it's great for a space you need to brighten up!
Hello! I was just in a lamps plus store, and this lampshade – for all the world – had a gold/bronze hue to it with the light on. I ordered it and then realized afterwards that it says that the shade is actually black. Is the shade a true black, or does it show as bronze?

Can this be mounted almost flush to the ceiling?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Kim, As I remember, I was able to choose the length of the cords. That being said, you would have to leave enough cord to allow space to work between the top of the fixture and the cap/ canopy that hooks onto the ceiling. I think that may look odd. The other thing is that these are halogen bulbs and are very hot. As the light was not designed to be close to the ceiling, I would worry about that. I think you should ask an electrician before you put this close to the ceiling. I know there are halogen ceiling lights but am not sure if they have some special fireproofing.

Looks great
I'm rating this product 4.5 stars. Service was great and delivered on time. Note that I'm a perfectionist when it comes to minor imperfections so this score is pretty high for me. Product was beautiful. Had great illumination so I used a dimmer for this. My only comments are:
- did not come with specific instructions about the 3 side wirings (note that once you pull-up, you can no longer pull-down unless there's a way which I don't know how since my box didn't come with instructions except electrical wiring instructions).
- 8 of my glass crystal strands had chipped glass and 1 broken glass cover for a light bulb so you better inspect each. I'm waiting for replacement parts.
- some of the round rings that hold the glass crystals came loose or deformed so good thing they came with perfect spares but a little tricky to install because the hooks are so tiny.
- product was a little heavy but understandle coz of the glass, 2 people have to install.
- unboxing the product, each glass crystal strand was wrapped with plastic and masking tape and supposedly hooked to the base, I wish the packaging people didn't wrap it too much with tape to the point it became a little difficult to remove - almost gave me a stiff neck looking up to unwrap each (it felt like it took me 2 hours to unwrap all), had to be careful not to bump too hard with other glass strands.

Overall I still love it! :D

Absolutely beautiful once you get it up
Great chandelier for the price. Look out for sales I got this one for half price. It's hard to hang and just a heads up the wires are all white. They are labeled L, GND and N. L is black, GND is the ground and it has a small greenish string coming out the wire, same with the N wire, it has a small white string coming out. This is in case you tear the labels off before you can hang it. I suggest taking all the crystals off to hang because the will knock against the fixture and each other when hanging. It took long to hang but it's so worth it.

Just Beautiful!
This chandelier is just beautful! I love everything about it. I cannot review the ease of installation since my husband & our neighbor put it up for me. But it is now the focal point in our living room and I smile each time I see it hanging there.

Beautiful
Beautiful light fixture but the instructions to hang the fixture are close to nothing which, adds to a lot of frustration. Here is a helpful hint if you want to hang the light fixture lower. The three cables can be adjusted by pushing the inner cylinder in on the cable locking mechanism. This cylinder is located on the outside of the canopy.

Beautiful and a GREAT value
Beautiful chandelier that looks 4 times more expense than it is. It has really added some sparkle and elegance to our dining room.

It was a little hard to install because the wires are so long and they are not colored (Black/White), so you need to strip the wires while keeping the L (live) and N (neutral) tags on it.

But once installed and fully unwrapped, it was worth every second (of the 4 hours) to get it up.

I LOVE it!
