Is it ok to hang this fixture through a mirror with the clear glass or does it have an odd reflection because of the mirror reflection?

BEST ANSWER: I do not see why this bath light cannot be mounted on top of a mirror. As long as it is mounted to a junction box and properly secured.
Are the globes closed on the top, or open? I'm thinking about having to clean them!

BEST ANSWER: The globes are open on the top. This lighting fixture is very pretty. I had my electrician install the lights in the down position. It works both ways and makes the the light bulbs easier to insert.

Is polished nickel the same as chrome?

BEST ANSWER: Polished nickel and chrome are very similar. Polished nickel tends to be a little darker in color, but they would complement each other very well.
I understand that the shades can't be mounted to point downwards but can the whole fixture be mounted upside down so that the shades end up pointing downwards?

Please note this does not mean that our products could cause cancer however, it is required by the state to display such label on any and all products. Beyond my expectations
This unit is SOLID, unlike vanity lights from other manufacturers. The glassware is thick, not fragile. Yes, this does, therefore, require sturdy support in sheet rock walls, but it is worth every penny in that regard. Thank you for a quality product. JC

Elegant Beauty!
This vanity light is as beautiful as the picture shows. I'm terrible at taking photos or I would have included one here. The fixture adds so much to the finished look of our remodeled bathroom. I love it!

Beautiful fixture
This fixture is the perfect lighting in my new bathroom reno. The polished nickel matched the hardware and the glass globes are substantial with a bit of glitz. Gives off plenty of light. I used the recommended bulbs and they look great. Love it!
