BEST ANSWER: This lamp is turned on by a switch, not touch. I bought this lamp for my granddaughter’s room to save all the tangled wires needed to recharge electronics. We both love it so much, I am buying a second set for her first apartment. This is a quality lamp.

BEST ANSWER: Hi - you can use a 3-way bulb, but the lamps do not have 3-way sockets, so the bulb will only work at it's highest setting. Each lamp can use up to a maximum 150 watt bulb.

Unstable balance, disappointing
Lamps look good, usb works. But, lamp is extremely lightweight. Any touch makes it rock and appear that it will fall over.

Returned lamps
I do not recommend these lamps. They are very pretty but extremely light weight. I was surprised. Can tip over easily. One lamp came without a finale or switch to turn the light on and off. And... the USB ports didn’t work.
I returned the lamps at no charge and with no problem.

Pleased
We received the lamps in very good condition and have no negative comments. A buyer should know that the lamps are very lightweight which might make a difference if they are to be placed in a precarious place where they can easily get knocked over. Not a problem if they are in a protected area from bumps, etc.

Love the USB connections
Well built, nice weight, attractive lamps with USB connections. I put these in my granddaughter’s bedroom to negate extension cords and wires all over the place. She loves them so much she wants to take them with her when she moves into her own place. I don’t think you can get a better compliment than that.

Look more expensive than they are
The price was great for these two lamps and they look wonderful in my bedroom. I bought two lamps and the first shipment came with one damaged lamp shade. I contacted the company, offered to send them a picture but I didn't have to. They immediately sent me a replacement shade. I will continue to do business with them.
