39 3/4" wide x 15 1/4" high. Round canopy is 8 1/2" wide x 1 3/4" high. Weighs 140.3 lbs.
Comes with four 6" and twelve 12" downrods. 10-feet of wire. Maximum height is 59". Minimum height is 23". For installation flat ceilings only.
Uses twenty-two maximum 40 watt type B bulbs (not included).
