38" blade span. 13-degree blade pitch. 125 x 20 DC motor size. Canopy is 6" wide. Slope up to 30-degrees with included canopy.
Five matte white finish ABS blades. Matte white finish motor. UL listed for wet locations. Not suitable for locations in humid climates with saltwater exposure.
Integrated dimmable 23.5 watt LED module light. 90 CRI 2700K color temperature. 949 lumens light output, comparable to a 75 watt incandescent.
Includes a 6-speed full-function bluetooth hand-held remote control with wall cradle. Smart Fan capable with Modern Forms app or with voice command Google Home, Amazon Alexa or Nest/Ecobee.
4 1/2" downrod included. Fan height is only 12 1/4" ceiling to blades (with included 4 1/2" downrod), 14 1/2" ceiling to bottom of light. (with included 4 1/2" downrod)
Requires a minimum 9 foot ceiling for installation.
