I use this lamp as a bedside reading lamp. It adds stylish decor to my bedroom and go wonderfully with my shabby chic nightstand. It has the perfect amount of soft illumination for a bedroom and the long shade is great for reading without seeing a glaring light bulb. The only "con" is that I had to get an extention cord.

I bought two of these lamps for my bedroom and they look great. I have dark wood furniture with a padded suede-like headboard which is more of an ivory color and the lamps are a little whiter, but they still look great.

I have this "mini" lamp on my desk - uses a 60 watt standard bulb - to use when I'm on my laptop late at night or early in the morning. Perfect amount of light, sleek design, all around a nice looking lamp. I can see where it might be hard for people with larger hands to turn the light on and off. I have my lamp plugged into a socket that's controlled by a wall switch, so this isn't an issue for me. I think it will be a little difficult to change the bulb without taking the shade off but, to me, that's not a big deal.

This a good lamp for the value. It's a contemporary look and works very well with my decor. The shade is a cylinder shape and you have to reach harder underneath it to get to the on/off
switch. Otherwise I am very happy with it.

Needed at least 100 watt lamp for my very small desk. The small base and narrow shade made this lamp perfect. I did have to exchange the shade as the first wasn't straight on the bottom.

I really like the brushed steel table lamp I bought because it is light-weight and convenient to use. I bought it for my older brother and he uses it as a bedside lamp. He loves it! After searching high and low for two bedside table lamps, we kept coming back to these and finally after reading the great reviews we purchased two and I couldn't be happier! They look great in our bedroom and I even put them in our livingroom and they look fantastic there as well! So if we ever want to change up our look in the bedroom or livingroom we could swap these out in either room. They look great in the pictures on the website but when I got them they were even better in person! These lamps are fantastic, nice clean design and I highly recommend them and I got them on sale so there was no way you could beat the price I paid.
