Comes with a 188x25mm motor with a lifetime warranty. Includes a hand-held control with independent uplight and downlight feature (optional wallplate bracket included). Includes six 7 watt bulbs for the uplight. Lower light kit uses three 60 watt bulbs (included). Comes with 6" and 10" downrods. Not dual mountable. 14 degree blade pitch. Minimum 9ftceiling is required.
