Go contemporary with this cutting-edge ceiling fan design from Casa Vieja fans. The design features three blades with a 36" blade span and 14 degree blade pitch. An integrated light kit is nestled below the blades, and features a clear glass lens and a halogen bulb. Housing is in a brushed nickel finish; silver finish blades. Remote control with wall bracket and a 6" downrod are included.

Wife bought this fan and when I saw how short the blades were I wasn't sure I wanted to take the time to install it. After I did install I was impressed with how well this fan circulated the air in the bedroom. Modern look, quite on even the high speed,and simple to install.Love the fact the light dims.Only two downfalls on this fan. One, have it in the instructions to remove the "Shipping cover plate" on the motor. Two, have an optional shorter down rod. Even with these two MINOR issues, we turned around and ordered two more the next day.

The kit is easy to install except I had an issue with getting the bulb to twist into place. The bulb recepticle was set too deep and the bulb tips would not twist into place because the sleeve the bulb fits into hit the bulb before it went deep enough for the tips to twist into place. You may have to either trip the sleeve or loosen the recepticle so it would be close enough for the bulb tips to twist into place.

Read all the reviews prior to purchasing the ceiling fan. After receiving it, it was actually very simple to install (step by step instructions). Wanted to note that in the instructions, it didn't mention anything about taking off the white large plate prior to installing the fan blades, but there was a tiny sticker on the plate that said to remove it. All fan features/speeds work perfectly with new and old wiring. Wonderful fan, beautiful design and happy we purchased it for our kitchen.
