Included with this Minka Aire Designer series ceiling fan is a full-functioning hand-held remote control and concave silver blades. Ideal for low-ceiling applications. Light kit is integrated, however a cap is also included for those not needing a light. Lifetime motor warranty. (UM)

Great fan! Put it in our rather small, low-ceilinged kitchen, which is open to the rest of the house. On medium speed, it circulates air through the entire downstairs, without making a sound. Remote is clearly marked, and easy to use. Our builder did the installation, and was very impressed with the ease of doing it – especially with the included hook that let him hang the unit from the plate while connecting the wiring. We also love the sleek brushed aluminum finish. Only wish the blades were the same finish. All in all, a great product, in my opinion. (Pricey, but the look and performance are absolutely worth it.)

Very easy to install, it took 10 minutes seriously! But as beautiful as it is, it doesn't move a lot of air except at the highest speed which is almost TOO much... The remote control module comes pre-installed (which is unusual) so it would be easier for most people putting it up for themselves.

Bought one for my sons bedroom.i liked it so much I got another for my other sons room.if you have two fans in the house,you have to change the remote frequency,very easy to do.the fan is a nice modern style and is very well made.
