This Traditional Concept hugger mount, wet location rated ceiling fan has an oil-rubbed bronze motor housing finish and three medium maple finish all-weather blades. Featuring a 44" blade span and 14 degree blade pitch, this fan is rated for use in dry or damp indoor locations as well as in damp or wet outdoor locations. Includes a full-function wall control unit, an integrated light with opal glass shade, and a cap for non-light use. The 153 x 17mm size motor has a lifetime warranty.UM

I was concerned about the reviews, but I previously bought another Minka fan for the kitchen and was impressed with its quality and ease of installation, so I thought I'd try this one for the porch. The blades are plastic-looking, but fine for the porch. The base is attractive brown. The wall remote works well. It's quiet and moves a lot of air. Stylish modern design. I like it.

Cheap looking fan

I was very disappointed with the look of this fan. I bought two for guest bedrooms and I have repalced them with other fans. The blades are cheap looking plastic and not something that I would want in my home or recommend. When I called the manufacturer I was told that I couldn't exchange the blades for something better looking but that I could purchase another set of replacement cheap blades. I can't recommend this company either.

i had to return these fans. The blades are not espresso color, but med brown plastic blades with painted wood grain. It may be ok for outside, since duel purpose, but inside will look very cheap. The pictures on this website show a totally different fan. Do not go based on the picture.

Pic shows a nice dark oil rubbed bronze with dark wood blades and an "opal" glass shade. Instead it looks painted brown with medium color blades and an amber glass shade. Very disappointing
