We ordered and installed 2 of these fans after shopping big box stores and not finding a quility quiet fan. This fan looks great and moves air very well. A great plus is that unlike other fans we have owned with remotes this fan will stay at the speed selected and return to running with the flick of the wall switch. All of our other remote control fans need to be turned baked on with the remote after being turned off with the wall switch. So basically we will never need the remote again unless we want to change the speed. The only con is that we wish there was a longer down rod included.Images/Videos shared by: AL
