I bought this fan for our master and couldn't be happier. It is unbelievable how strong it is. Cools down the room fast. I am buying two more for the kids rooms. I absolutely love this fan.

This fan is perfect for large rooms and circulates are very well. The one and only con is the light fixture; it was a bit tricky on how it attaches to the base of the fan. Other than that good product at a good price!

A nice fan that is well designed and constructed. Slight wobble at high speed but this can probably be adjusted via the balances that are provided with the kit. Air flow is very good even at medium speed. Quality of all the parts is high so far: metal blades, fan box ceiling mount kit is much sturdier and better designed than others I've used, and motor is very quiet and smooth. Installation is probably easy to medium difficulty. The positive is that the ceiling mount that you attach to the fan box makes it very easy to lift and place the fan in the mount prior to connecting the wires. Considering that the fan is 22 pounds, this makes it much easier to install. The thing that makes it medium difficulty is that there are two sets of installation instructions - one for the fan, which I completed fairly easily. Then I opened up another box inside and there are separate instructions for installing the remote antenna. So I had to take the installed fan partially apart and install the antenna remote - probably added an extra 0.5 hour. If the fan instructions would have at least pointed to the antenna installation instructions prior to connecting wires it would have saved time and effort. Still, overall, not that difficult of an install. Just annoying to think that you are finished and then have to open it back up again to redo some work.

I needed a fan to accommodate a long living space (30 X 15), without moving the wiring to the center of the room. I chose this model due to its impressive airflow and because I also needed something that was somewhat low-profile because my ceiling is just under 8 feet. This fan does an excellent job of moving air throughout the entire room, is fairly close to the ceiling (with a 4" downrod), and is remarkably unobtrusive for 60" blades. The fan is a difficult install because you must use a remote to control speeds. When you run the wires, you must wire an antenna to the fan and the fan to the wires in the ceiling. After you run the wires, you have to stuff the antenna in a place it doesn't fit very well, which causes the wires to come undone. This is the only difficult part of the install, but it can be VERY difficult. The fan only requires a hot and neutral wire. The directions were generic for other fans of this brand and not particular to this fan, which could make it difficult to install. The fan has an industrial/contemporary look without the light kit and goes well with brushed nickel if you have it in the room. The fan wobbles, but I am not sure that it is a fault of the fan. I had to install a support between the joists in the ceiling because there was only a light fixture in the spot before. I had access to my attic, but it was 140 degrees so I chose to use an old work support. The support is designed to go into the attic as a small piece and when you twist the bar, it expands between the joists. Consequently, the bar itself will have a slight wobble to it. When the weather cools down, I plan to replace that bar with a new work support that should not wobble. Until then, the fan is somewhat intimidating to run on its highest speed. Even at the medium speed, this fan does a great job and I would happily buy more.
