I bought this to hang over our 72 inch long kitchen table. Installed it in an existing outlet and then swagged it. It was realatively easy to install. The style is nice. Wish it was more rustic than polished but I have shopped all over with no luck. The quaulity is on the light side but then I guess you get what you pay for and I don't plan on hanging from it. :) I have purchased other items from Lamps plus and have been very happy. I did notice the bulbs didn't thread in very easy. Don't know if that is a bulbs issue or the fixture.

I love the look of this chandelier and the red lampshades (sold separately) really sold it for me. Our dining room has a black iron theme with red accents, so this chandelier was made for it. The lampshades do make it more dim, but we have an additional floor lamp in the room also. Our ceiling is 2 stories high, so we wired it to the original wire/chain and added a black fabric to cover the old gold chain.

I bought this chandelier for our dining room. It is beautiful and I am very pleased with it. I have had many compliments on it already. I did have an electrician hang it, and he did have to adjust some of the wiring in one of the arms, so that it something to be aware of if you are planning to install this chandelier yourself. I'm not sure we would have figured out the problem ourselves and was happy I had our electrician there to do it.

This is a great lamp for the price I could not find another fixture I liked better. It has a beautiful design that coordinates with black iron pendant lights in my kitchen. [...] A maximum output of 240 watts (6 bulbs, 40 w. each) doesn't provide as much illumination as the previous fixture I had in place. Interior sockets are crooked, so that it is difficult to get candle flame bulbs in straight. Subsequently, the shades are hard to get on straight with a crooked bulb. BUT, with all that said, I love the look of the fixture and I'd buy it again!
