This lamp really compliments our antique Chinese furniture. We purchased two of them for the end tables in our living room. It is really stylish and light really shines through the silk lamp shade. The biggest problem I have with this lamp is that it emits a bad chemical smell probably from the lacquer over the bamboo. Since I purchased two, the smell is even stronger. I hope the smell dissipates soon.

I have ben looking for months for a smaller colorful lamp for my living room. The color is a rich red and the shade is very nice.

Looks like ceramic base, yet this plastic base is durable, easy to keep clean. Perfect combination of bright yet soft light with the wheat colored shade. The color picture was a very acurate representation.
