I am VERY pleased with this item (I actually ordered 2). My bedroom is Victorian and I have antique, very expensive lamps that the shades were just worn out on. I just didn't want to pay the [$] for the embroidered, fringed shades I needed to complement the lamps. I used my antique finials and I also cut the looped fringe with very sharp scissors and it made the volume of the fringe much more predominant. They look great and are well worth the money.

I was looking to replace/match a lace lamp shade. This was the closest I could find. It is nice, but I was a little disappointed as my lace ones are fancier. Also, the fringe is looped, not cut, so it doesn't have the typical free appearance and movement.

We just recieved two of these shades, and they are brilliant. They are actually a beautiful, antique off-white that goes perfectly with our bronze tiffany bases. Highly reccomend to anyone. I looked all over for a shade like this at a decent price and was very pleased to find your site. The shade did have a dirty spot on it that won't come off when I unpacked it, but after having searched so long I wasn't about to sent it back. It still looks beautiful.
