The fan kit light is perfect! I got my chandelier and my husband got his fan. I have got several compliments on it. It is a lot of bang for your buck. You will not be disappointed.
Looks great, not the usual ceiling fan light. I could not decide whether to put up a chandelier or ceiling fan and this way I have both.
The light fixture sparkling as the fan circurlates.
I agree with the other reviewers. I can't stop looking at the fixture when the light is on! the 3 25 watt halogen bulbs do not give off a lot of light, but after speaking to someone who knows electrical work, I am going to try LED lights that fit in this G9 slot, which are the equivalent of 35 watts each and more natural daylight color (5000k), rather than the yellow glow given off by this halogen bulb. The only downside is that on high speed the crystals click against each other. That usually happens when the fixture isn't balanced.Images/Videos shared by: gg
In redoing our bedroom I told my husband I was replacing the ceiling fan with a chandelier. He said no way unless you can find a chandelier with a ceiling fan. I found this fixture which worked on a ceiling fan you sell,
I love it even more in person. Everyone is in awe when they come into my room and see the ceiling fan with this light kit. Shiny and sparkles even when the light is not on. You do have to put on each glass so there are ALOT of pieces and gets dusty fast.
I love this fan light. It's absolutely gorgeous. However, attaching the crystal pendants is not an easy task. Luckily I did this before putting it up as it was very tedious. I used tweezers to hook the rings on the tiny loop in fixture. Once it was up, we discovered that the pendants hit together and made a sound. I figured out that if I put a larger ring on every/other pendant to make them hang down a little farther, this fixed the issue! So glad it did because I love the light!!!! Nobody would ever notice the difference in the rings :)
Helped hubby install in Living room. My job included installing crystals in the center of fixture. I was afraid some of the crystals would fall off when installation began. One crystal fell to the floor and was damaged. Lamps Plus quickly shipped out a replacement without any complications. The wall reflection casting from the crystals is fabulous. I've received so many compliments. Every day I sit and admire this light fixture.
I have this set up in my middle room/ office it as the heater i it so this fan send the heat to the other wooms and its great but the light is something to see... i turn it on and just stare at it... beautifl and i love it very much.. the designes it puts o the wall are lovely.. however it not that brigh but i can fix that with a lamp
OMG I love this light kit with the added ceiling fan it makes a beautiful as I'm calling it Fandalaire. It looks so expensive at a reasonable price. Great for a bedroom or dinning room. An added dimmer creates either high light or low romanic light. I know ceiling fans get a bad rep from designers but this adds design and class to the room. No designer would ever take this one down. I was plesantly surprised at the hanging crystals on the bottom.Images/Videos shared by: beachbum
I wanted a glamourous look for my bedroom and this provides it. After it was installed, I laid on my bed and just stared at it for a while it's so pretty. it's definitely a showpiece. When I bought the fixture none of this info was available, but there are a couple of things to know that are not provided in the manufacturer's description: 1 - this is not all one piece of crystal. there is an outer ring of 2 layers of crystals and then the center of the light fixture is approximately 24 individual hanging crystal strands - that you have to hook on yourself. Once I received it and saw how it was assembled i was very concerned the strands would knock against each other while the fan was in motion resulting in damage to the crystals. I am happy to say that after 2 mos of almost continuous fan use that is not the case. 2 - The light given off is diffused by the crystals. The fixture casts beautiful shadows around the room due to the hanging crystals and the outer ring, however as a primary source of light it's not super powerful. the bigger the room, probably the softer the light. I have another light i use when i want bright light in the room.
