Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Although I'm not too fond of the twist pin fluorescent's color (somewhere around 2700 Kelvin) the light color is acceptable. However, I may look for a higher Kelvin Temperature, somewhere around 3500. This is obviously personal preference as I prefer slightly bluer toned lighting color.
