A cool and retro look, this large contemporary chandelier features chrome finish arms with globes of opal glass. Eighteen opal glass globes are clustered around the center point, creating a spectacular and very cool look. Halogen bulbs set within the glass provides bright illumination. Eye-catching central focus to room. Bulbs are expensive [$] ea and haven't tried replacing them yet but not looking forward to the cost or the number to change, but overall can't complain about this is very stylish light. Glad we bought it.

I watch the HGTV channel all the time. I see chandeliers used like this a lot. Its modern & fashion forward for the lighting industry. I'm not sure if there are any cons since I have not bought it yet. I would love this piece for my house! Its modern and edgy, yet practical in its own sense.

My electrician installed this chandelier and had no problems doing so. The light is on a dimmer in my foyer which is a double height nearly 20 ft. Needless to say, from the gound the chandelier is way too high; yet, it is stunning. I love the look. Retro and futuristic at the same time. I think they call that classic. The light is very bright--there are 18 bulbs included in the shipment. I am very satisfied with this product and so are my neighbors who I see slowing down in front my home. I'll be happy to refer them should the inquire the source of this gorgeous chandelier. Am I gloating? Nah, I don't have to. The chandelier speaks for itself.

This light is beautiful. I was on the Celebrity Solstice this past year and they had a light that was almost identical to this. Modern and contemporary was the whole ships theme. I had to have it for the house. After much debate on wether it would fit I bought it any way. I have an older house built in 1950 and the ceiling is not real high. It took some patience but I got it up and it looks great. Makes me want to leave the blinds open for everyone to see! It does seem to sway a bit when you touch it or change the bulbs so I am hoping it is sturdy enough and will not ever fall from the ceiling. I have installed plenty of lights so it was not a bad install job. The bulbs are also going to be very expensive when they burn out and I am hoping that there are lower wattage bulb alternatives when the time come to replace them as it is not very energy efficient. i was impressed with the selection of lighting at this store.
