We bought this lamp from Lamps Plus about 2-3 years ago. I have it next to my living room chair where I most often read and crochet. It has great lighting. When on high, it can get a little "cozy" from its heat, but I just switch it to low for a while. Replacement bulbs seem to be hard to find. Although, I wouldn't trade this lamp because I enjoy its lighting for my crocheting.
