We purchased 2 of these lamps for our living room and we are very happy. I love the stylish design as well as its practical uses. It throws off enough light for reading. It has three lighting settings so if I want a softer light, it is easy to achieve. The lamps were delivered quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this purchase.

These lamps are beautiful. Everyone comments on them and I've based my whole dining room around their coloring.[...]. I didn't want to bother returning it so it's fine. The shade is a high end platinum/grey and even though it's larger than I expected, it suits the lamp. They are quite substantial and gorgeous.

The shade is a beautiful silver gray until you turn the light on... then the shade looks tan. This doesn't bother me too much. I was more upset about the streaks on inside of the glass--where I can't clean them! I love the lamp but hate the streaks.
