We bought the Varaluz vanity fixture based off of what we saw on the web, to go in our primary powder room on our homes main floor. Not having seen it in person, we went off of the web images and other reviews we'd seen on the company. The finished product was quite disappointing. The Pewter color is really a basic silver paint with a poorly done distressing over the top in black. The finished result is that of paint peeling. The clips that support the single glass panels (they are not actually cubes that surround the bulb on 3-4 sides, just single plates that sit in front of the bulb) aren't distressed/ finished at all, so they appear out of place with the rest of the light. Headed back to the store for a return. Just a lot of fizzle for the buck.

Just purchased two of these 3-light rain glass fixtures for our guest bath. Quality is excellent. Very well made. Glass is beautiful and I highly recommend using clear light bulbs because they are so visible through the glass. Also, the sides are open so you should consider the angle these will be seen from. This is a great fixture for a modern decor or industrial/loft type of setting.
