We provide specialized training for sales associates to advance
their lighting knowledge. Lighting design, decorative and technical
architectural layouts and in-home lighting expertise can be achieved
through our LAMPS PLUS training program. For our lighting sales
associates, we also sponsor American Lighting Association (ALA)
training to become a certified lighting consultant.
