Streamlined for action, our exclusive brushed steel-finished fan has four matching blades and an integrated halogen light Includes four matching wood blades and a wall control. Hand-held remote is optional and extra. One 100 watt halogen bulb included. 3-speed motor with manual reverse and lifetime motor warranty. 12 degree blade pitch. A 4 1/2" downrod is included with the fan. The fan height without the downrod and canopy is 10 1/2" high. The fan height with the downrod and canopy is 15 1/2 high. Not dual mountable.

Fan is great, very stylish in my modern penthouse apartment. I got a longer downrod due to the high ceilings and it's very stable, even at high speed it barely wobbles. It's very quiet and makes no noise, overall, love the fan. The wall switch is cheap, and the main body was white then there was a tiny switch that was beige?! The switch should be all white! Totally doesn't go with my all white switches but it works for now. When it arrived the glass dome was broken but LampsPlus.com rushed a new one out quickly. Kudos to them.

Similar to earlier reviews, this fan matches the decor of our mod-ranch perfectly. The fan looks even better in person than in pictures, and was easy to install. Quiet, too. Installation notes: even if your existing ceiling fan only has three conductors (hot/neutral/ground), the light intensity and fan speed can be controlled independently using the wall control (remote not required). The wall control communicates with a receiver (stored beneath the canopy), which is wired between the fan motor and hot/neutral/ground wires. The receiver controls the current passed to the light or fan, via independent conductors. The wall control provides for three fans speeds and five light settings. The remote control provides for three fan speeds and six light settings. The fan comes with the 100W bulb.

This is the best post-mod minimal fan with all these features that I could find. I obsessively looked for about a month. We have a mod-ranch and it blends perfectly with our mid-century modern furniture. The light is nice and bright too, although we mainly use lamps. The control switch on the wall has two buttons for dimmer control and fan speed. Interesting beep sound when making speed or light level change. I would recommend this one to my friends and family.
