- 52" blade span. 14-degrees blade pitch. 172 x 20 mm motor size. Canopy is 6 3/4" wide. Maximum ceiling slope of 22-degrees with included canopy, 60-degrees with adapter (sold separately).
- Weathered zinc finish motor. Five reversible medium walnut finish and dark walnut molded ABS blades. Gloss white fresnel lens. Dual mountable.
- Includes a hand-held remote control with wall bracket. Damp rated for covered outdoor areas.

- Includes one 12" downrod. Fan height is 18 1/2" ceiling to blades, 22 1/2" ceiling to bottom of light (with 12" downrod). Requires minimum 9-foot ceiling for installation.
