- 52" blade span. 14-degree blade pitch. 123 x 30 mm DC motor size. Maximum 21-degrees slope with included canopy, 45-degrees slope with slope adapter (sold separately).
- Soft brass black finish motor. Three coal finish molded ABS blades.
- Wet location rated ceiling fan from Minka Aire. An Energy Star rated ceiling fan.
- Comes with full-function hand-held remote control.
- 6" downrod included. 11 1/4" ceiling to bottom of blades, 12 3/4" ceiling to bottom of fan (with 6" downrod). Canopy is 5 1/2" wide.

Designed by Minka Aire, the Simple is a 52" ceiling fan boasting a soft brass finish motor and three complimentary coal finish ABS blades. With a DC motor, this powerful ceiling fan is UL Listed for Wet locations, which means it can be used both indoors and outdoors. The Simple also includes one 6" downrod and the RC400 AireControl Remote System. (UMRP)
