Warning-faulty glass light cover
This is written to bring awareness. Only a week after installation and with the fan turned off, the glass cover over the light suddenly (on its own) fell and shattered. Glass shards were in every nook and cranny, even embedded in the seat cushions. We believe it was installed properly, there is only one way to lock it in place. We are not sure if it was a design flaw where the cover worked its way loose over the week during operation or the glass cover was defective and gave way. I really like Kichler products and will continue to purchase from Kichler but not products with glass and moving parts, any brand for that matter. It was a scary near miss, as my husband and dog were in the same room at the time and if it were not for a trail of ants making a mess in the corner of the room where my husband and dog were huddled, the flying shards from the fallen glass cover would have certainly hit them had they been seated in their usual spot under the fan. Fortunately the fan came with a metal cap and we will be using it instead of replacing the glass cover. I hope Kichler does a root cause analysis. Otherwise, it is a beautiful fan. Be safe.

Be informed before installing on a vaulted ceiling
This is a sleek and elegant ceiling fan that brought a contemporary design to my kitchen, which replaced an outdated pull-chain ceiling fan. I couldn't be more happy with the finish, as the brushed nickel body perfectly matches my kitchen appliances and the walnut colored fan blades match my wood ceiling slats. It's like Kichler designed this fan for me, although those without walnut stained ceiling slats don't fret...the fan blades are reversible so you can choose to have the silver colored side face-down should you choose.
The motor is whisper-quiet, and I have to literally have to look at the fan after hitting the switches' off button to make sure it actually turned off. Although the wall switch is very basic and does not contain a motor reverse button, there is a switch on the motor housing itself if you want to reverse the fan direction during the Winter months to better circulate the heat. The LED light unit also gives off an amazing amount of light, which I'd say is probably about 3000k in color temperature.
The wall switch, as I just mentioned, is basic, although I prefer having separate buttons for the 3 fans speeds unlike the wall switch they use for their higher-end models. The light button will glow in the dark if it gets enough light "charging" it, and the light button also acts as a dimmer switch if you press and hold it. Of course what I like most about the wall switch is that it's completely wireless. Although my ceiling fan was already wired to have a hard-wired wall switch, this is an amazing solution for someone who is replacing an old pull-chain fan that only had power and no pre-existing wall wiring.
Now time to comment more on my review title...What isn't evident with this fan, unless you thoroughly read the instruction manual prior to purchasing, is that it is only recommended for mildly sloped vaulted ceilings of 19 degrees or less. I, myself, did not realize this crucial tidbit until I was installing it. The old Kichler ceiling fan this was replacing was rated for 30 degree vaulted ceilings...that's a big difference. Being that I am an experience DIY'er who was in love with this perfectly styled fan for my kitchen, and was already knee-deep into the install, I wanted to and was able to still make it work despite my ceiling being a bit more sloped than 19 degrees. However, I wanted to make sure others were aware of this limitation PRIOR to purchasing and do not recommend making any modifications to the bracket or canopy. There are safety recommendations for a reason, and any modifications can lead to the fan dislodging. Therefore, this should be a deal-breaker for you if you have vaulted ceilings with any significant pitch.
Summing up...if you have a flat or only slightly vaulted ceiling, this is wonderful choice for style, light brightness, functionality and whisper-quietness. It is also perfect for you if you do not already have a hard-wired wall switch since the wall switch is wireless!

Nice looking but super crooked
We installed the fan yesterday, all components including the switch for the remote, nothing worked. Today we uninstalled and reinstalled without the switch and the fan worked, but without the switch, the fan only has one speed - high. The second issue is this fan is crooked, badly crooked. It appears to be in the post and not adjustable. You really notice the issue between the fan blades and the light.
The installation was easy including installing the blades. Everything was easily accessible, and some areas just required you use a short screwdriver. The light output is very good and makes the room bright. While we are not electricians, we have installed numerous ceiling fans over the years.
Pros - easy installation of wiring and connecting fan blades and it has good light output
Cons - switch does not work and the whole fan is crooked

Modern & sleek
If you were looking for something sleek and modern, this fan will fit the bill perfectly. It has a sleek design and several options including fan blade color which can either be black or silver and also if you want to use the light fixture or if you just want to use the included silver colored Where the light fixture would go. The fan is quiet and powerful. Insulation was easy as it was replacing an older ceiling fan in my home office. Also included with this fan is a light switch feature so you can easily control the fan as well as the lighting from your wall. Overall extremely pleased with this high end quality fan. highly recommended.

Amazing and gorgeous!!!
Best quality!! This has been one of the best brands for lighting and ceiling fans! The quality and craftsmanship is absolutely amazing! The design of this fan is gorgeous and functional. I get so many compliments about my Kichler designs. This fan works amazingly well? looks like a showpiece while still circulating air?. The lighting on it is perfect and just what I needed to make my home gorgeous!! One of my favorite!

Perfect Ceiling Fan For Any Child's Room!
My family was recently in the market for a ceiling fan for our son's bedroom because, he needed an updated one. We have had positive experiences with Kichler and their line of ceiling fans in the past year so, we decided to go with their Lucian LED 52" Ceiling Fan in Polished Nickel.
While setting it up and testing it out our new ceiling fan, we found things we like and dislike about it. My husband likes how easy and trouble-free the setup process was because, he had it setup in no time after reading the provided instructions. He also likes that, the fan comes with a wall controller. I like the lighting on this ceiling fan, it has the perfect amount of lighting for my son to do his homework and read his favorite books and magazines. My husband and I personally feel this ceiling fan is more of a chrome instead of a polished nickel but, we still like it for what it is.
If given the opportunity, my family would recommend the Kichler's Lucian LED 52" Ceiling Fan in Polished Nickel. It is high quality, perfectly sized and is a well-lighted ceiling fan that, serves are family's needs.

Stunningly Beautiful
I received a complimentary Lucian LED 52" Fan with Polished Nickle Finish in exchange for my honest review.
This fan is perfect for my daughter's bedroom or any room! The large blade span makes cooling the room a breeze and there are 3 speeds to choose from. The motor is virtually silent which I love. The light is super bright when you need it, but can be dimmed to suit whatever you need. The blades have 2 finishes to choose from so you can match your decor. The remote is wired into an existing wall socket, so there is no misplacing it!
The installation was very easy and my husband had it up in about an hour.

Sleek and chic
This Lucian polished nickel fan with black blades replaced an old all-white fan, and transformed my home office from country to contemporary. The polished nickel brings out a deep elegance, while the black blades adds a contrasting pop to my room. The 52" blades provide a strong breeze even when on low, and the impressively bright LED's easily light up the entire room while somehow still providing some up-lighting onto the ceiling.
As far as installation goes, this was one of the easier ceiling fans I have installed. After hanging the unit and installing the blades it only required 1 more bracket to which the LED light gets attached. And as far as the wall switch goes...it is completely wireless! Although I personally did not need it to be wireless since I already have the wall outlet box wired to the ceiling outlet box, this is an ideal solution for those that do not already have the wiring. It still saved me some time and space in the wall outlet, though, since I didn't have to tie any wires together.
For those that do not have prior experience installing a ceiling fan, the included instructions are detailed and the parts are minimal that installing this is no more difficult than changing a wall outlet.

Polished Nickel LED Ceiling Fan
This beautiful polished nickel ceiling fan comes with a wall control system , energy saving led light technology, and has 3 forward speeds and 1 reverse speed . I love the sleek elegant design of the light fixture as well as the silver and black colored blades. This was an easy installation process by simply following the enclosed instructions. I love that this is ultra quiet and puts out a perfect illumination from the light. For me the money saving led light is by far the best feature because it really does save a lot of money by using less energy. I am currently using this particular ceiling fan in my bedroom but with this sleek design I am sure it would be aesthetically pleasing in most rooms. I love everything about this beautiful ceiling fan and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful
This ceiling fan is both beautiful and modern. I love the way this looks in my living room. It gives off the perfect amount of lighting and I really like that this fan puts out a lot of air in the room. It was really easy to install.

Great fan once delivered and installed
Fan is what I expected but it took a bit to be delivered (almost a month later after purchased) and once arrived it took a few parts for me to actually install. Also note that this remote on the wall is RFID and requires a battery not hard wired. Otherwise it's been working quite well.

Great fan, terrible LED
Bought the previous model for a kid's room and loved it. Bought this new model for the second kid's room, and while the fan itself is great and ultra quiet, the LED is just awful. It's 60Hz which means a lot of people will be able to see the "flicker" that occurs with LED. Kichler really should have gone for a higher quality LED in this product, because it basically makes the light unusable. I'm currently trying to look for a light kit to replace the LED entirely.

Beautiful fixture
I will tell you it took more than myself to hang this beauty,but its wonderful. The brightness of the light alone is amazing.I love the way it moves the air and being so easy to switch speeds with the remote. Its is absolutely the most beautiful fixture I have ever owned. Its so quiet and I find myself and others commenting more and more on it. I would highly recommend this product and have to everyone.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
We are now Kichler supporters for life. The fan came in a different color than advertised on the box but we are happy with it. It was easy to install, it is the quietest cieling fan that we have ever owned, and I love that it has 3 speeds. The fan comes with a remote that can be installed into the wall. But honestly, we just leave ours on the table and adjust the fan or light as we please. The light is bright enough to light up the entire living room without us going blind. The fan speeds (low-high) are perfect. We could not be happier!

Excellent quality
This ceiling fan is very nice and of good quality. It is the 52 inch lucian led fan. This was not super hard to install and once it was I really love how it looks in my home. It looks stylish and modern. It also goes with just about any decor. It puts out just the right amount air to be cooled off. I also like that it has an led light for when needed. So overall this is a gorgeous ceiling fan!

52 Inch Lucian LED Fan
i was lucky enough to receive this during our 100 degree heat wave.. we were thrilled when we saw it being delivered..
the fan was So easy to install . my husband had it up and working in no time . beautiful design, looks great with any decor.
Works amazingly well in our 20x20 room. it cooled it off nicely... we have been using it everyday .. .

Excellent fan
This fixture is beautiful! It was very easy to install, with easy to follow instructions. It works much better than my previous fixture, as it is much quieter and puts off great air flow! It is of much higher quality, sleek and attractive.
