- Wet location rated for outdoor use. Can also be used indoors. Comes with a hand-held remote/wall control clamshell.
- Includes a 6" downrod. Fan height is 13 1/4" ceiling to blades, 15" ceiling to light (with 6" downrod). Requires a minimum 9-foot ceiling for installation.
