- 56" blade span. 45-degree blade pitch. DC motor. Canopy is 6" wide. Maximum ceiling slope of 25-degrees with included canopy, 43-degrees with adapter (sold separately).
- Matte black finish motor. Three matte black finish molded ABS blades.
- Damp rated for covered outdoor patio use. Not suitable for coastal areas or areas with exposure to salt water spray or chlorine.
- Includes a six-speed full-function hand-held remote control and wall control.
- Minimum 9-foot ceiling height required for installation. Includes a 10" downrod. Fan height is 22" ceiling to bottom of fan (with 10" downrod).

The Molly collection is damp rated for use in the damp locations such as covered outdoor patios, but is not suitable for marine environments with saltwater spray.
