- Minka Aire Xtreme H2O large ceiling fan. Rated for wet location use on patios and porches.
- Comes with a full-function hand-held remote control. Smart fan capable (Bond unit sold separately).
- 6" downrod included. Fan height ceiling to bottom of blades is 11 1/4", ceiling to fan bottom is 12" (with 6" downrod).
