needs longer threaded rod

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The threaded rod that comes with isn't long enough for the height of the shade with all necessary attachments. Needs about 1.5-2.0" more. Can't be put together without the longer rod. The lamp is otherwise exactly as it seems and very nice. As long as I can find a replacement rod at the hardware store, I won't bother complaining about it.
