Not Chocolate in Color

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I was looking for a chocolate, light chocolate, even cocoa colored lamp shade. This shade looks like that color on the website but is truly a warm caramel or toffee color. I had asked customer service via online chat to get the true color of this shade so I wouldn't have to pay shipping to receive it and shippting to return it. They told me it was a dark taupe. It is not. I say this to save you the return shipping -if you are looking for a chocolate colored lamp this is not for you.

We bought this shade to go on our floor lamp. When we installed it we discovered it was too small for the lamp. We love the style and looks but we are returning it to find the same shade, only a little larger,

This lampshade is well-made and casts a nice light. The color is a solid tan - not too orange or gray. It works great on my floor lamp base.
