Very nice modern style

This is a really fun minimalist/modern fixture that looks great above the mirrors in our bathrooms. We have gone through a couple of glass covers cracking - apparently from the electrician overtightening the screws on the sides during installation. Fortunately, replacement glass is easily available from Lamps Plus. The main reason I give this fixture 4 stars instead of 5 is that at this time (feb 2012), there does not seem to be an energy efficient (e.g., LED) bulb to replace the 50 watt xenon BA15D bulb. This means that in California, it must be on a proximity switch and an additional CFL/LED fixture must also be used in the bathroom. (If anyone knows of a good way to install a LED light source, please post here!)

I was looking for 'Asian Funk' and this light made it all happen! This is a very stylish contemporary fixture that is practical for a single light source half bath (turned horizontal), with a good price point. Excellent choice.
