The lavish iron scrollwork is complemented by a shade fashioned from the naturally occurring mica mineral. I needed something for an older model condominum that I was updating for a client. The bathrooms had this weird placement of a wall sconce and I thought about blocking it up,but then I thought if I could find something that could diffuse light and act as a night light, then maybe it wasn't an irrelevent fixture. It worked!

Used two of these in a "man cave" on a dimmer with additional overhead recess lighting. Perfect for our needs and it shows well. Make sure to allow enough ceiling height for access for replacing bulbs. Love how it casts an uplight and downlight shadow. Expected the shade to be glass but is still nice.
