Attractive, good scale, wel made

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I purchased this Robert Abbey lamp specifically to place atop a tall dresser. Its my own lack of decorating experience but I found the lamp to be a little too tall for this application. The shade doesn't shade enough light as I wanted even with a 25 watt bulb. It's a great piece for a living area however. The design fits in almost anywhere.
