Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Used this outside of a home theater, because I wanted a little elegance, but without a lot of the fuss of a 'standard' chandelier. The lines of this piece are very nice, and the finish gives it elegance with a rustic feel. The crystals add just the amount of spark that I wanted. Other lights in the hallway on either side are of similar shape, semi-flush but with simple globes, so this fixture makes a special statement. Very happy with the quality and the light from this fixture.
