U.S.S. Constellation 38" Wide Exclusive Edition Model Ship

The U.S.S. Constellation was the last sail-only warship designed and built by the U.S. Navy and using historical photographs, drawings, or the original plans, master craftsmen spent hundreds of hours hand-crafting models to scale with high-grade wood using the plank on frame construction method. This exclusive edition model features a unique serial number etched into the hull, two decks, and a row of metal cannons on each side of the ship. The front bowsprit and three large masts are connected securely using advanced rigging and lines knotted and fastened by hand, along with hand-stitched sails made of fine linen and the American flag. Metal anchors and a wooden rudder are visible on the front and rear. The deck features metal steering wheels, wood ladders, the captains dining and sleeping cabin, and many other handcrafted ornaments.
