Damp location rated. Minimum 9 foot ceiling height required for installation.
6" downrod included. Fan height is 13 1/2" from ceiling to blades (with 10" downrod). Fan height is 12 1/2" from ceiling to bottom of the fan (with 6" downrod).
Canopy is 5 3/4" wide. Maximum 15 degrees slope ceiling with included canopy.
