Nice, bare bones fan
I put this fan up in the guest room. That room doesn't have the best air circulation but the addition of the fan is a big help. It has a few different speeds but so far I really only used the lowest setting which is helping the heat circulate from the vent in the ceiling. I wish this fan came with a light but. I will be installing a light kit in the future.

Love the Fan, Wish It Had a Light
I love my new fan! It keeps the living room fresh, which I really appreciate since I didn't have a fan before. I also love the look and how quiet it is. My only issue is that I wish it had a lightâ?"anything with a light makes the room feel brighter, and in an already dark room, not having one is noticeable. Overall, happy with it!

Very good fan
This Minka Contractor 52â? ceiling fan works very well and looks clean in white. It runs smoothly, quietly, and provides strong airflow. Easy to install and great value for the price. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with this 52â? Contractor ceiling fan. Installation was straightforward.
Once installed, the fan runs smoothly and quietly. The three pull-chain speeds work well, and on high it moves a lot of air, definitely enough to keep the room comfortable. The blades are sturdy, well balanced, and the finish looks clean and modern.
Overall, this fan feels well-built, performs great, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Excellent airflow, simple setup, and a solid value. I'd definitely recommend it for bedrooms, living rooms, or any standard indoor spaces.

Functional
I was slightly disappointed with this fan. Although the paint was a nice, bright white, and it was functional, it was very small, and just looks petty boring. It is, however, functional and works great.

It runs smoothly and is surprisingly powerful â?" it moves a good amount of air even at medium speed. The noise level is minimal, which makes it perfect for bedrooms or quiet spaces. It's also very efficient, helping to keep the room cool without needing to turn on the AC as often. It would be even better if there were an optional kit to add a light fixture for more versatility.

I felt in love with Minka contractor 52'5 blade in
I finally pulled the trigger on a new ceiling fan for my main living space, and honestly, the Minka Contractor 52-inch has been a huge relief. My old one was a noisy, wobbly monster that felt like it was going to shake itself apart every time I turned it on. I needed something clean, modern, and cheap, and this one really delivered.
Let's start with the setup. I am definitely not an electrician, but the installation was actually pretty straightforward. It took me maybe an hour from unboxing to turning it on. The mounting bracket made it super easy to hang the motor, which took away 90% of the headache. Seriously, if I can do it, anyone can.
Aesthetically, it's exactly what I needed. It's just whiteâ?"bright whiteâ?"which means it practically disappears against my ceiling. It's completely modern without being too "out there." The five blades give it a nice balanced look, and I love the integrated light. It has that frosted bowl, which gives off a really soft, diffused light. You get all the brightness you need without that harsh, blinding glare.
But the performance is what sold me. My living room is pretty large, and even on the medium setting, this fan moves a ton of air. It cools down the whole room quickly and efficiently. And the best part? It is whisper quiet. No clicking, no humming, zero wobble. The silence is golden, especially when I'm trying to watch TV or sleep. It feels like I got a high-end, premium fan, but I paid a contractor-grade price. Energy efficiency is also good.

Amazing ceiling fan!!
Thank you Influenster for sending me this 5 blade 52â? ceiling fan that was much needed in our house improvement. The airflow is strong and noise level is quiet. Works effectively and seems to be durable with no wobbling. I also love the white modern chic style!! I'm one happy wife and my husband had no issues installing this!! Thank you so much!!

Sleek and easy
Finally, my kitchen has a fan! No more sweltering with the oven on thanks to this. It's sleek and all white, matching my other fixtures perfectly. It was easy enough to install, thanks to my handy husband. The wires were extra long which helped with being able to wire it.

Well made and whisper quiet.
Instillation was easy and the fan is well made. It moves a lot of air and is whisper quiet. It was balanced right from the factory and did not wobble. I did not get a light attachment so the wiring was straightforward.

Light kit adoptable nice white fan & keeps room br
The fan quality is amazing! Installation was easy & it comes with all hardware you need. The only thing i recommend having is 90 deg bent screwdrivers as its hard to fit a full size screwdriver to lock the hide cap. The motor makes a bit of humming noise but not bad at all. The fan pushes lots of air so its nice & flowy. The color is white & quick connect adapter was great. I installed my own light kit (that didn't come with fan) so have some light in the room. If you are tech savvy you can modify the existing ceiling light & install it with your fan. The fan is adaptable to light kit.

Very nice fan!
I love this fan!! Came perfectly wrapped in the box. Was protected and kept very neat. Really do it yourself easy self installation. Energy efficient. Like 100$ it said a year! Great on electric. Perfect amount of airflow and fan speeds. Noice level was very minimal
