38 1/2" wide x 12" deep x 13 1/2" high. Canopy is 6" wide x 4 1/2" deep x 3/4" high. Each shade is 12" wide x 10" high. Weighs 8.1 lbs.
Comes with two 6" and four 12" downrods. Plus 10-feet of wire. Sloped ceiling adaptable. Maximum height is 46 1/2". Minimum height is 22 1/2".
