10" high x 8" wide. Round canopy is 4 1/2" wide x 3/4" high. Shade is 7" high. Weighs 3.35 lbs.
Comes with one 6" and two 12" downrods. Plus 10-feet of wire. Sloped ceiling adaptable. Maximum height is 42 3/4". Minimum height is 18 3/4".
